- Hey Rashad your protest is stupid! We all know you shoplifted and assaulted that woman. You just want attention, idiot!
- David was skeptical and believed the protest would cause trouble. He changes his mind in an attempt to advocate for Rashad. David, Rashad, Jessica, and Spoony join together on the ground to show support for everyone who has been racially profiled or affected by police brutality. The crowd shouts out #RashadIsAbsentAgainToday to reinforce the message.
- What did you just say to my brother?! Why don't you just leave, you're not welcome here!
- This is a free country, you can't control me!
- Dwyer is on the basketball team at Central High and is best friends with Guzzo (Paul Galuzzo's brother). He has had doubts about Rashad since the night at Jerry's where Paul beat Rashad up over a miscommunication. He's contemplating on coming to the protest to stand against Rashad and show support towards Paul. Eventually he decides to attend filled with rage.
- What is he thinking?! Starting trouble this early into the protest??
- Spoony! Stop that right this instant.
- Dwyer, enraged, begins to shout nasty comments at Rashad in an attempt to get him angry. He doesn't hear him and continues to walk away, making Dwyer even more angry.
- What in god's name do you think you're doing! The protest has just started and you are already causing trouble!
- Spoony hears these insults from the side lines and angrily begins to shout back at Dwyer. Dwyer and Spoony get into a heated argument.
- David quickly notices Spoony and Dwyer shouting at each other. He quickly runs over and tries to break it up.
- David tugs at Spoony, assuming he started the fight. He scolds him about always trying to cause trouble. Spoony glares back at his Dad in embarrassment and irritation.
