- The berlin blockade lowered - The berlin blockade was lowered making the USSR seem like the evil enemy as the Allies were not affected as much as the USSR wanted.

- U.S creating their containment policy - The united states created their containment policy which provides assistance to countries that are going up against spreading communism.
- Assisting South Korea in the Korean war - The United States started to assist South Korea in the Korean war as they were against communist North Korea.
