- The 1st Noble Truth is “Suffering is present in all things, and nothing lasts forever”, The 2nd is “The cause of suffering is desire”, the 3rd is “Removing desire removes suffering”, and the 4th is “The way to remove desire is to follow the Eightfold Path”.
- Remember, these are the basic teachings of Buddhism.
