The Opening Checklist is designed to make sure the department is ready for business
Visual Standards should be reviewed every day, including pricing, POGS and product fact tags
Inventory must be reconciled daily. Also, the MTS can request additional inventory if there is a customer need.
Price match is available only if a customer asks for it! We should never offer it. We do not match internet sites, mail in rebates, or specialized events.
Loss Prevention is a critical part of Mobile Sales. The manager is required to verify the customer name and matching credit card.
The manager is also required to verify that the order has been approved by the carrier before getting the product out of lock up
