  • The first fundamental right is right to equality. It ensures that all people are treated equally.

  • The next fundamental right is right to freedom. It includes freedom of speech and expression, freedom to assemble peacefully without weapons, freedom to move freely anywhere in India, freedom to form groups and associations, freedom to reside and settle in any part of India and freedom to practice any lawful occupation or carry on any lawful business. Is that understood?
  • Yes mam
  • Good then let's go to the next fundamental right.
  • The third right is cultural and educational right. It promotes equal opportunities to all citizens. Every community has the right to preserve, protect and develop it's own culture, language and traditions. They also have the right to establish it's own educational institutions.

  • The fourth right is the right to constitutional remedies. It helps to protect all the other fundamental rights. The right to constitutional remedies enables members of the society to go to the court if any of the fundamental rights are denied to them. But, it is also the duty of the citizens to excercise their rights in a way that the rights of the other people are not troubled.
