We were dismmised without cause or warnings yesterday, we are still unsure exactly what we did, but it appears that we were being monitore
Which is completely incorrect, so we will handle this situtation accordlingly, I also urge you to end the unlawful strike since it would make matters more difficult

We need to fight for our members ad set a meeting with the management
Today I spoke with two employees who were allegedly treated unjustly after being fired without cause
The following morning, the 2 fired employees are assembling outside of the workplacce with other workers who are supporting them.
We were never informed nor given a warning
We heard of the transgression which took place and we would like for you to provide reasos for dismissal as it was unfair
The choice was made using the business assessment of perfomance
While the strike continues the dismmised workers meet wit their trade union organizer to discuss the matter
Not forgeting the unfair treatment we recieved
Workers either need to be compensated or given their first warnings and return to work, as you did something which was againist the law
An appointment is scheduled with management after the union organizer meets with the trade union to address the issue
I agree with reinstating the workers and giving them a warning for enganging in an illegal strike
We agree with terms and we are happy with the outcome
The trade union, dismissed wrkers and management meet up to resolve the issue
The problems are identified and a course of action that will benefit management and employees is suggested.
Management agrees to reinstate the workers again
