- A man was walking from Jerusalem to Jericho. When 3 robbers stripped him of his clothes, beat him, took all his money and left him there half dead.
- A priest sees the man and continues on his way.
- "Take care of him, and if you spend more money I will repay you on my return."
- Moments later a servant from the temple saw the man on the floor moved to the other side of the street.
- "In your opinion who of the three travelers was the victims neighbour?"
- "The one who had pity."
- Soon after, a samaritan sees the man and stops to help him. The samaritan treated his wounds with oil and wine, took the man to an inn and watched over him.
- The next day, he gave two silver coins to the innkeeper
- When Jesus was done his story he asked the man who questioned him.
- "Go and do as he did."
