Well Mark, there are two ways to access your portal.
Two ways?!! I have been trying from my computer for weeks. I am so tired.
The two ways to access your portal are either an app or on your cell phone or the website link sent to you via an email.
Email? Cellphone, app? I was not informed of any of those. I thought I could just type the name of my medical center to access.
...everything seems so mumbo, jumbo. The lady at the front desk did say something.
For the cellphone, how does that work?
You would go to the app store on your phone, download the app. Then follow the prompts to log in. Usually, you would a receive security code to enter for your safety.
Then after you will be able to access your medical records and receive notifications from your provider.
It is that simple huh!
