I agree, and if everything works correct it'll be a huge turning point to the history of the office.

Yes the fact that they are starting to do a an actual market research and start implementing various strategies is just great!, however I would have care more about the marketing spend if I was the manager. 

I totally agree but as soon as this changes are applied it will definitely encourage the business to continue getting better.

On the other hand, I think if everything goes as planned, Matthew will be a huge player this year. 

Oh absolutely he has been working nonstop, he's simply the best, he has also raised so much awareness within the company.

If the company continues with this attitude I assure it'll be a great year.

Of course this a year in development.
