- Freud believed that we all had an Id, Ego, and Superego. The Id was the part of your mind that pushed for you wants and desires, your Superego was the part the was your moral principle. While the Ego was a healthy mix of both, and it controlled the others. In this picture my Id is telling me to watch TV while my Superego is telling me to finish my homework. My Ego told me to read a book.
- How Costa & McCrae See Me

- Alfred Adler came up with Birth Order Theory, which means that the position in which you were born can effect your personality. As the first born it means that I am seen as a "Perfect Child", and parents favorite. Other traits of the first born is being on time, responsible, confident and conscietious.
- How Eysenck Sees Me
- Rogers studied Humanistic Theories, which stated that humans were optimistic at their core. He also believed that humans are driven to adapt, learn and growth, and that there are certain conditions that help facilitate this growth. In this picture, is this metaphorical growth, By planting the tree I am improving myself and the world around me.
- How Bandura Sees Me
- Costa and McCrae came up with the Big 5, which are 5 personality traits they feel make up everyone's personality in some aspect. I am more curious and always asking questions, so of the 5 they would feel I am more Open.
- Eysenck believed that our personalities were dependent on two things, whether we are introverted or extroverted, and if we are emotionally stable or unstable. Being quiet, reliable and even tempered Eysenck would say I am a stable introvert.
- Bandura recognized the spotlight effect, which is when you assume that people pay attention to you when in reality very few people really notice you. In this picture I am wearing a new dress and I feel as if everyone is watching me, while in reality they don't care.
