I used to have an unhealthy life, buy one day I decided to change that, and thinking about what I could change I decided to start exercising and eating healthy, taht really chaged muy life.
Talk to me about it please, I really want to change my lifestyle.
It`s a little effort to achieve everything I have dreamed about.
Well, now I have to exercise. In a while I``m going to feel so much better.
Nowadays Gerard has a healthier life and he feels better.
