  • Secret Meeting
  • Old Major is a prize middle white boar. He decides to gather all of the animals for a meeting, to inspire them to rebell agaisnt the humans.

  • Dreams of Freedom
  • Old Major starts to describe his dream of animal equality and freedom from human oppression.

  • Seeds of Rebellion
  • The animals whisper and nod in agreement, being inspired by Old Majors speech.

  • Neglect
  • Here comes Mr. Jones, the owner of the Animal Farm. He drunkenly walks inside to go to bed, neglecting and starving the animals who havent eaten in days

  • The Rebellion Begins
  • The animals decide to take matters in their own hands and they break into the store-shed. They began to help themselves from the bins.

  • Get Out!
  • Mr.Jones wakes up from all the noise. He and his four men walk into the store-shed with whips in their hands and begin lashing outn at all the naimals. The animals then fling themselves onto their tormenters and Mr jones and his men begin to realize that they are outnumbered and run away. The animals successfully drive out the farmers.

  • The animals looked forward to wiping out the traces of Mr jones. They went to the harness room, destroying chains, whips, knives, and more by throwing them into a fire.

  • The happy animals decide to paint out the name of the farm, "Manor Farm," and replace it with "Animal Farm

  • The 7 Commandments
  • The pigs brought the principles of animalism down to 7 commandments. Snowball paints all 7 on a wall in great white letters. These commandments were made to govern there new socierty and are unalterable.

  • The pigs, Napolean and Snowball, give orders and organize tasks, with ambtiotion in therir eys.

  • The animals worked together in the fields and in the orchard, enjoying the fruits of their labor. The naimls enjoyed every mouthful of food, now that it was truly their own food, produced by themselve and forthemselves.

  • Napolean takes away nine sturdy puppies away from their mothers, sayin that he would make himsele "responisbel for their eductation." He takes the puupies up into a secret loft in the harness room, seckluded form the rest of the farm, and to b eforgotten. Will they be seen again?

  • The Windmill
  • Snowball stands infront of the naimals and explains his plans to build a windmill. he explains that the windmill can be made to operate a dynomo and can supply he farm with electial powr. The animals listened in astonishment. Within a few weeks, the plans for the windmill were fully worked out.

  • Napoleon vs Snowball
  • Napoleon and Snowball stand face to face and argue about/. the windmill. Napoleon argue that the great need of the moment was to increase food, and that if they wasted time building a windmill, they would starve. They also could not agree on how to deal with the defence on the farm. The animals listened to Napoleon first, then Snowball. and couldnt decide on whom was right. The day came to vote on the windmill, or no windmill. Things became heated.

  • The Chase
  • Napoleon stood up, gave sidelong look to Snowball, and uttered a high pitched whimper, a whumper noone has heard before. Nine large dogs came rushing into the barn, and dashed straight for Snowball. Snowball slips, but gets up and ocntinues to run for his loife. He manages to slip through a hole in a hedge, with the dogs almost on his tail. Snowball was never seen again.

  • Plans for the Windmill Come to Life!
  • On the third sunday after Snowballs removal, Napoleon suprises the animals with the announcement that the windmill was to be built. He says the it is expected for it to take 2 years to build. All that year, the animals worked relentlessly. They had trouble carrying big boulders, but they stayed determined and figured it out.
