Indus Valley Civilization
The Indus Valley Civilization was built around 5,000 ago, in 3000 BCE. Many of our houses are made of brick, and we domesticated many animals, like this dog.
Many of our bathrooms were right in town, and they were often in common areas. Our bathrooms weren't really bathrooms, just brick/stone holes in the ground.
Similar to our bathrooms, our great bath was a common area in the middle of our towns. the great bath was often used for different purposes, most famously, ritual bathing. The great bath is considered our most impressive achievement.
The use of seals in the Indus Valley civilization, were for trade. We used them to close documents and marl packaged goods. The seals were actually the reason that the Indus Valley civilization is discovered in modern times.
These are our trade ships. The Indus valley in known for trading artifacts we made from mud and clay. Although we traded with many civilizations, we are known for trading most frequently with the Harappa civilization.
