- ABRAHAM ALWAYS WANTED TO HAVE KIDS, BUT HIM AND HIS WIFE WERE TO OLD TO DO SO. BUT GOD MADE A PROMISE TO THEM TO GIVE THEM KIDS IF THEY KEPT HIS PROMISE, THEY WAITED AND WAITED AND GOD REMINDED THEM ABOUT THEIR REWARD , THEY GREW OLDER AND OLDER BUT STILL KEPT THEIR PROMISE. THEN ONE DAY SARAH GOT PREGNAT , GOD FUFUILLED HIS PROMISE AND THEY HAD CHILDREN THAT WOULD THEN LIVE IN A LAND CALLED CAANAN AND HIS FAMILY WILL BECOME A GREAT NATION

- ABRAHAMS DECENDENTS WERE FREE AND GREW IN NUMBERS, THEY WERE THEN CALLED ISRALITES, BUT THE WERE PUT INTO SLAVERY FROM RULERS

- THANKFULLY MOSES LED THEM OUT OF SLAVERY , AWAY FROM THE BAD PEOPLE , THEY WERE VERY HAPPY
- so after all of that god told the people 10 important commandments to show them how to live their life's on the way to the promised land
- so the Israelites wandered through the desert to their promised land
- well you don't give us anything you promise AND your not alive
- the people started to worship other idols because they were sick of having to deal with a god that wasn't alive - god didn't like this
- so the Israelites got fed up with god and started worshipping other idols instead of god ,
