In Rome, a Syrian group of merchants hears about the emperor's daughter, and they return to Syria to tell the Sultan about her.
Northumberland
As she never wanted me she will be juged by King Alla for this crime
The marriage is arranged after the Sultan and subjects are baptized and converted to Christianism but the Sultan's mother doesn't want to give up her religion for a foreigner and plans a complot.
The trial
We will kill Constance for this, but first, Knight, can you swear she killed the women?

After the wedding feast, the Sultan's mother and her squad attack, killing the Sultan, but Constance escapes on a boat to the sea, where she navigates for 3 years, losing her memory.
The boat lands in the pagan land of Northumberland, and Constance is taken by a constable and his wife, Herman Guilt. One day a knight tries to seduce Constance but as she rejects him, in revenge, he kills Herman Guilt and hides the murder weapon in Constance's bed.
The constable assumes Constance killed his wife, he takes her with King Alla and he is willing to sentence her to death, but first must know if the knight can swear that she is guilty, the knight does it but suddenly, he is struck dead.
