- Can not stop you from practicing or doing religion. Also can’t tell you what to say or how much to say. The right of assembly, press, or believes.
- Third Amendment
- “GET OUT OF MY HOUSE”
- The right to own or bear arms. This means if you have permission to own arms then you are able to have one, and the government cannot take it away.
- Fifth Amendment
- “I don’t want to answer questions.”
- Government or police cannot search your homewithout a search warrant.
- Eighth Amendment
- Soldiers should not hide and live in people’s houseswithout permission during war or peace.
- This gives you the right to remain silent in a court case.You do not have to answer any questions you don’t feelcomfortable answering.
- Who stole the bag?
- If you are punished for crime or anything else it cannot be cruel or unusual punishment.
