I was first diagnosed when I was around 2, and they knew something was wrong long before that.
Throughout my entire life I have had OCD.
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is a mental illness characterized by intense intrusive thoughts.
They can be about anything and it varies from person to person and can even change over time.
Even the Intensity can vary from time to time.
My OCD used to be much milder.
What is it?
Mom! Mom!
I used to barely have Intrusive thoughts so I would always say them outloud or stay completely silent.
Later on they started to get worse which became especially noticeable during school.

It became less like I was interacting with people and more like they were just silhouettes none of whose faces i could remember.
No matter where I was they would be constantly disrupting my focus and making me mentally exhausted.
With my room as the only exception. It is was a place of comfort for me and the only place I could have my mind be silent.
