- This Story takes place in 12th century England. The Characters are Adam, Roger(Who are minstrels), Nick (Adams' Dog),
- Adam of the Road By Elizabeth Gray Vining
- Adam and Perkin are on their way to Dame Malkins house to see Nick.
- Arf
- Nick is Excitied to see Adam.
- Roger comes to pick up Adam and takes him to London.
- Roger loses Bayard, his horse, to Jankin in a game of Dice.
- While Adam and Roger are asleep, Jankin steals Nick.
- Adam spots Jankin in Guildford and calls out to his dad but Roger does not hear him so he did not know. Therefore losing his dad.
- Hi! Jankin, Hi!
- Jankin had taking the ferry across the river and Adam swims after them trying to catch up with them
- Now Adam has to travel from town to town looking for his dad and dog.
- Adam and Roger Reunite at Warden at Merton. Adam had found his dog when he meet up with Perkin again in Watford.
