I don’t know Bank work (my husband used to do bank works when he was alive) and I can’t speak/understand English. I want to learn and do my monetary works by myself.
I don't understand online bank app. Heard about online money apps, tried once with the help of my daughter but I don't understand. They seem complex to me.

Thanks to the new 'EasyMoney' app, I can call my Bank's mobile ATM at my doorstep where I can get Bank person's assistance while doing any transaction/cash withdrawal.
Now, I don't have to worry about cash withdrawal. It's a great relief to the elderly people like us.
Mobile ATM takes my finger prints and face ID along with the Bank Debit Card. It seems my money is secured. The new app alsotakes my finger prints and face ID while opening.

I have plenty of household works to do almost everyday (like, visiting local markets for groceries, vegetables, fish, etc.). Also, I'm not fit enough to go out of the house for different activities everyday, moreover the Bank visits for withdrawals and other works amidst pandemic is creating panic.

Thanks to the new 'EasyMoney' app, I can log call to my Bank for home delivery of cash directly from Bank. And, it's completely secured because while logging call I have to answer to a security question (known to me only) and a unique-Bankpincode. I'm feeling relaxed now. In case I need any emergency money, I can get the money delivered at home.
Pain Points
Oh I'm out of town for a personal emergency and I forgot to pay our Electricity bill for this month. Only 2 days are left for the due date. What am I supposed to do now ? May be I have to call my neighbour for the same. He is a good man, he'll help me, I don't like to take help again and again from him for so many things.
