The Tsar would tax the farmers, which were the most poor people, leaving them with almost nothing so the royals could live their lavish lifestyle, although there were some reforms made and the farmers received some rights
1917 Revolution
150000 workers signed a petition to receive better working conditions, and walked to the Tsar's winter palace to give it to him. The Russian soldiers saw this as a threat, and killed 200 protestors, which sparked anger an many of the workers which lead to the 1905 revolution
Vladimir Lenin
In 1914, World War one begun. During this time, the monarch was focussed on the war efforts, but the Russian citizens were becoming ill, and starving. I reached the point where even some of the soldiers started doubting.
Bolshevik Red Army

In 1917,there were 2 revolutions. The first was to overthrow the Tsar, and murder the royal family. The second was for Lenin, and the Bolshevik Party to come into power
Vladimir Lenin came to believe in some of Marx's views, and was banished because of them. When he returned from his banishment he joined the Bolshevik party with the promise of "Bread, land, peace", and lead the 1917 revolution
The Bolshevik Party was a political party with Lenin as the leader. The party later became known as the Communist party, or the Red Army, as they had many communist views. The would fight in the Russian civil war against the White Army, and win.
