- Noah gathers the animals as commanded, and they enter the ark in male and female pairs, just as God had instructed.
- Whilst they were confused about this situation, two men in dazzling clothes stood before them.
- They were terrified and they bowed their faces to the ground but the men said
- After seven days, the floodwaters begin to pour down upon the earth. The waters rise, and the ark starts to float, lifting Noah, his family, and all the animals above the waters' destruction.
- Suppose one of you are an artist who owns a hundred paintings and you have lost one
- The flood intensifies, covering the earth for forty days and nights. The waters prevail, rising above the highest mountains, completely submerging all living creatures outside the ark. The flood lasts for a total of 150 days.
- God remembers Noah and causes the floodwaters to recede. The ark comes to rest on the mountains of Ararat. Noah sends out a raven and a dove to assess the water's recession, and eventually, the dove brings back an olive leaf, a sign of dry land.
- Noah, his family, and all the animals leave the ark once the earth is dry. In gratitude, Noah offers sacrifices to God. Pleased with Noah's worship and faithfulness, God establishes a covenant with him and all living creatures, promising to never flood the earth in such a way again.
