- Police come to bahala
- The boys go to the prison
- Rat steals 23,000 Pesos from the mission schools safe
- When the Police come to Behala, the boys know they are in trouble. Therefore they grab Rat's money and decide to hide in a very touristy area with lots of kids so that it would be harder to get noticed. They rent out a windowless room for the night and sleep there for the night.
- Gardo goes to meet Marco and get the Bible.
- After 3 days of waiting outside of the Prison, Gardo finally spots Marco. However he wants 20,000 pesos for the Gabriel Olondriz' bible. They are worried that even if they are able to find 20,000 pesos how could they trust him. The price on their heads must have been too high.
- Gardo escapes from Tee house
- The boys do not know how they will get the money but Rat has a plan. He doesnt tell the others where he is going but takes a garbage truck to Behala as he knows that there is money in the mission schools safe. When he steals the money though he feels guilty so he draws a picture of father Juilliard and himself and puts it in the safe.
- The Police start running after them
- Gardo is at first suspicious because he doesnt know if that Bible is Gabriel Olondriz' but Marco confirms it by showing his signature and some markings in the book. After exchanging the book for the money, Gardo does not hesitate and immediately runs for the kitchen. However Masrco catches him while Police whistles go off.
- Gardo pulls out a rusty fishing hook and slashes Marco in the face. Gardo tosses the Bible to Rat and he bolts through traffic, a fish market, and into the canal as gunshots go off behind him.
- Raphael and Rat run in one direction, but Gardo runs through traffic hoping that the Police would lose him.
