- The best alternative to a strike would be to take out claim to a bargaining council or the CCMA.
- I agree let's take our claim to the bargaining council or CCMA
- Factory workers all join in at a meeting regarding the deadlock in wage negotiation as well as the discussing the way forward.

- We as the factory workers decline this offer as we requested a 15% increase due to the fact that we have not received an increase in 2 years and the cost of living had increased heavily causing financial strain on all workers
- The factory worker representative explains the possible steps that the group may take and the repercussions of these possible decisions.

- The factory worker representative explains to his colleagues that instead of a strike the group may take their claim to a bargaining council or the CCMA in order to get the dispute resolved without having to strike.
