- A man finds himself stranded on an island after being knocked of a boat and finds himself walking and finds a cheatua knocks and a very huge man comes out inviting him into his house ask the stranded man question evetually leading to him having to chose weather to be hunted or killed and survives the hunt and the man hunting goes back to his home and the stranded man hides and kills the man that was hunting him.
- An average women born into poverty feels that she does not belong in povety and wants to be married by a rich and wealthy man.Her and her husband being invited to a party but the women had nothing to wear and no jewlery. Her husband recommends that she go to a shop to go get some jewlery and the lady lets the wife borrow the necklace to the party and the wife goes to the party and loses the neckalce. seh works a qurter a her life trying to pay back the neckalce just to find out the necklace was fake.
- The day before chistmas Della wanted to buy something for her husband but only has 1.87. Her husband was being paid only 20 a week and all she could do is cry. Della thought about cutting her hair to buy something nice for her husband while the hsuband was buying something for his wife. They soon found out that they bought eachother a nice chain and combs. But the husband was suprised but clamed down to have dinner
