A political party is a “team of men [and women] seeking to control the governing apparatus by gaining office in a duly constituted election.” All you have to do is claim to be one. Political Parties fight election battles, while Interest Groups don’t (they may choose sides).
POLITICAL PARTIES V. INTEREST GROUPS

Environmental interest groups are crucial to protecting the environment and its resources. They play a key role in the public policy process by bringing environmental issues to attention.
This builds support for change, and these interest groups lobbied for new laws.

POLITICAL PARTIES V. INTEREST GROUPS
Political parties use media by advertising on many social media platforms, like instagram or facebook. This can also be a strategy to relate to global warming.
Two strategies used in Political Parties consist of Education and Media!
Political parties often utilize the Education strategy of portraying the world in peril, and act like their party will be what fixes it. They educate the people about the given crisis, for example global warming.
Interest groups can make advertisements that platforms will insert within content, these advertisements commonly consist of an explanation of who they are, their cause, and then kindly asking for donations or participationLobbying is seeking to influence (a politician or public official) on an issue.
These two Interest Group strategies, Advertisement and Education, help gain more support for our causes!
Interest groups can use education to show others their side or opinion. People in interest groups have a drive to push their policies through, which means educating citizens and government officials alike. They have facts and statistics to share among the interest groups, and education is the way of sharing it. Some cause groups are single-issue groups, focusing very narrowly on their issue to the exclusion of all others
