- John and Ted have there usual Wednesday lunch, and while they are reminisce and try to figure out who will be chosen as shop steward after todays meeting.
- Hey Ted, congratulations you have been chosen as the shop steward.
- OMG!!STAY COOL, STAY COOL!!!
- Yusinda is the welcoming party for the meeting, and she informs John and Ted that the meeting has started already and that they should hurry up and attend to vote.
- Mahn, I've only been at it for a few days and people is directing their complaints to me in use loads. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
- I'm going to leave early today!
- They arrive at the meeting while the group is discussing and they are still able to deliver valuable comments. The discussion gets heated, everyone reaches a conclusion and casts their vote. Now it's just a waiting game.
- Hey guys. I'm just resting my mind and getting some fresh air haven't been out for a while.
- I'm heading home soon. Just need some peaceful time.

- Ted, why you sitting all alone?
- Ted is something wrong?

- Jerry, the boss, visits Ted to inform him that he has been chosen as the shop steward. Ted having to calm himself down after the announcement, responds with an excited and calm composure.
- Thank you sir, this is a very unexpected outcome. This is unbelievable.
- Here Ted discovers the importance and pressures of being a shop steward and reminisces about whether he'll succeed or not.
- Yusinda and her husband run into Ted at the park and sees him stare into the distant view. They speak to him and sees that he is dealing with something but he reassures them that he is fine. They chat but departs after a sort while.
