- Lily was the Goddess of Life and Bas was the God of Death. They were natural enemies, and Lily knew he had something to do with the flowers that passed away.
- Why are all the plants dead Bas? What did you do?
- Why do you think I did something Lily?
- What Bas said really made Lily angry, causing her to fight for plant life on the field. Plants started coming out of the ground, but Bas used poison to kill them before Lily could get the upper hand.
- I am not a fool Bas! Stop poisoning my flowers!
- Poor little Lily, you are nothing without those flowers, nothing but a disappointment, nothing but a sad excuse for a god!
- The fight continued. What Bas said made Lily fight even harder for her plants to live! Bas was going down!
- Watch me!
- You foolish child, you cannot defeat me! I am the most powerful being in the universe!
- The new flower did end up killing Bas. The field was then restored to its original beauty.
- I thought you said you were the most powerful being in the universe!
- NOOOOOO!
- I am! Your stupid new flower won't stop me!
- Lily beat Bas with a new flower, called the Thistle. The Thistle is now and forever known for its strength and protection.
- The sun is shining, and shining is the sun!
