- After Matur and his family were brought to the execution point, they nearly died but decided to run. As the escape took place hundreds of fiery bullets pelted down on them. The desperate family would have to get so far to be out of touch from the men.
- After luckily escaping from the men, Matur Gaks family went in to hiding. They then decided it was time to leave because of the danger they were in so they were driven to Egypt, where they would figure out how to leave Africa.
- After arriving in Egypt his family went through stacks of paperwork to get humatarian Visas to leave. they were faced with the choice of Australia, Canada or the USA, but chose Australia because of someone they knew chose Australia and loved it.
- Before long, the family was on their way to Australia. They were all estatic on their first plane trip.
- Not long after settling in to Australia, Matur had achieved his dream of making medical school.
