- BREAKING NEWSLittle Hans Study - Sigmund Freud5 Year old boy reportedly has Abandonment anxiety, Freud says that it's because he has a Oedipus Complex for his mother.Same 5 Year old boy reportedly had a dream about his sister drowning in a bathtub, Freud says that he wishes his sister dead. His conclusion is yet again a oedipus complex for his mother.
- Freud has said this about the boy when they've only met twice!Freud got into contact and got his information about the boy via the boy's father.The boy could have also been lying to his father, or making tall tales, considering he is 5 and might have wanted to hide some details from his father because they could have been too embarassing.
- Freud's case study seems to consist largely of the oedipus complex Hans apparently has for his mother, Though there does seem to be a far bit of evidence that supports that Hans does have these feelings towards his mother.Freud also seems to support the theory that the unconcious mind expresses itself via dreams.
