- Pat Chris, What is happening out here? I have had several complaints from residents of the building about yelling in the parking lot.
- Pat has repeatedly made me late for work. He shoveled me in today and I asked him politely to shovel the snow off my car. He refused to help and started screaming at me instead. I am not sure how to make him stop being so disrespectful to me.
- Pat, I can see why you are frustrated. Chris, this is unacceptable behavior and all residents sign a non harrassment policy in their building code of conduct. Chris, This has to stop- can we please talk through what your issue is.

- Pat, I am sorry man. I did not notice this. Now I get why you are frustrated. It was just the 1st parking space I have seen open. I can certainly park furthur away so she is closer. I know we dont have assigned parking, but in this case Ms. Smith since you are the building manager could you make an exception?
- My wife had surgery recently and we always park in the space closest to our door and recently Chris has been parking here. I thought he noticed my wife was on crutches lately.
- Yes, we could work out an arrangement for an assigned parking stall for Chris.
