- Please give me my part of our inheritance, Father.
- I love not working on the farm, this is great.
- There once was a man who had two sons.
- I wish I had never left. I would be warm and with my family at the farm.
- The younger son told his father that he wanted his part of the inheritance and the father gave him half.
- I hate doing this. I am starving and these pigs eat more than me.
- A few days later, the younger son packed up and traveled to another country. Soon he wasted the inheritance on partying with people who were not his true friends.
- Soon after, a severe famine came to the land. This meant there was a food shortage, and the son didn't have money or food to take care of himself.
- He went to work for someone on the fields and his job was to feed the pigs. He was so hungry, he would have gladly eaten the pig's food, but no one gave him any food.
