What is your secret in ranking first in terms of food safety? What are the practices that is being implemented here?
As a restaurant owner, I guess that you would not call this a secret. However, I always make sure to train my people well, because it is not only me but my staffs also. We are always cautious and we always abide by our rules like washing hands, using masks and the likes.
How did you maintain that practice in the long 10 years of your business' run?
I guess the number one thing that makes us maintain that is the set of standard that we established and also the great expectation of people who dines in our restaurant.
