- And here we see Mount Vesuvius, the catastrophic volcano that erupted in 79 A.D. in Pompeii, killing over 16,000 people!

- It was the day of the eruption, Pompeiians were living an ordinary day, in their simple, ordinary lives.

- Suddenly, the sky became dark as midnight, during daytime! The Pomeiians started to feel small vibrations on the ground. They knew something was wrong with the volcano but didn't know what to do.

- Disaster has now fall upon them as Mount Vesuvius has now erupted! Many people are now thinking about fleeing, however others think that this is the god's doing and they must accept their fate.
- This is surely the gods punishing us for our sins!

- Everyone is now trying to keep everything under control, even after many disputes and consolations. They all trying to figure out how and why this has happened.. Most people have now made the decision to evacuate. Unfortunately, some did not, and those tragically died.

- Even after thousands of years, Mount Vesuvius is considered one of the most deadly volcanoes yet. Today, it still remains active and its last eruption was in 1964.
