Hello earthlings. My name Ry Ry and the dragon is my best friend Zazu. We are going on a road trip... through the solar system! Our first stop is Venus.
Jumpy Jupiter
Jupiter is the fastest rotating planet in the solar system
Jupiter is amazing
Saturn is the second largest gas giant
Stupendous Saturn
Saturn is my favorite planet
Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system. It's diameter is 12,104 kilometers. It is called earth's twin because they are almost the same size.
Salute the Sun
The Sun has spots.
Wow it's hot!
Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system. Its diameter is 142,984 kilometers. It has 63 moons. It has a big storm that has been going on for a long time. Jupiter even has small rings!
Marvelous Mercury
Saturn has rings but, people think they are solid but they are actually just bits of floating ice and rocks. Saturn's diameter is 120,536 kilometers.
Nice Neptune
Thanks for joining us!
Our next stop is the sun. Stars are hot balls of gas that gives off light and heat. There are three times of stars. Blue super giants, Yellow Dwarfs [ our sun is a Yellow Dwarf] and a red dwarf. Those were the kinds of stars from smallest to biggest.
It is the closest planet to the sun. Only, at night it can freeze you into an ice cube because the Earths atmosphere is a more than a million times thicker so it traps the heat but, Mercury has atmosphere that does not trap all the heat at night.
Mercury is cool.
I'mmmmm alrrready feeling ccold
Our last stop is Neptune the coldest and furthest planet from the sun. It is the smallest gas giant. Neptune also has rings but they are too small and thin too see.
Neptune is made of a gas called methane.
Neptune has a storm like Jupiter.
