Still, too much nature here!#160;
This is out of control! Someone needs to handle all of the green in#160; our city!
I hope she's alright. Its probably all of the nature making her sick.#160;
Much better inside!
The purpose of Harrison Bergeron by Vonnegut is to amuse the ideas of where society is heading. In his story, the people are all equal, no one is smarter or prettier or better than others. In fact, it is in their amendments to be equal. But in trying to be equal, no one can accomplish anything amazing or help society in any way. In my story, I tried to highlight the idea that so much of nature is being destroyed for human reasons, that in future generations it could be so scarce that people might actually think its harmful. Instead of realizing their problems are actually coming from spending too much time inside, watching a lot of tv, and eating unhealthy processed foods. It shows the irony of our society.#160;
