- Since 1989 my uncle has been giving out my dads information to police officers when he is stopped and questioned to avoid court.

- Every time my dad gets a letter from Richland County Court he usually knows what the problem is because we live in Lexington and would attend court there
- The police officer has known my dad for almost 20 years and has dealt with my uncle on many different occasions.
- My dad is finally able to take him to court and my uncle was sentenced to one year in prison.
