Shot changes to a wide shot of a spinning basketball on the court and you hear Carter's voice talking about his loves...family...basketball...(shot switches to a tight shot of the spinning basketball)...
...cooking...(the moment he references cooking, the basketball and court dissolves into a tight shot of a spinning head of lettuce) the next shot you see is a wide shot of the lettuce in a kitchen.
Shot changes to a different angle of the kitchen and we see Carter talking about how he came to love cooking.
GoPro Cam to be moved around counter for close ups and different angles of food prep.
The next shot is a tight camera shot from the counter top on Carter cutting vegetables (The mic will be close enough to hear the chop) instantly after the third chop, the same radio call from the beginning comes on again. (Cuts...slices...and throws it down) Prior to "throws it down," cut to a tight shot of the pot or pan, and hold until Carter tosses pieces in...if there's a simmer, hold for natural sound pop.
Shots cuts to a wide shot of Carter (who's mic'd up) over the oven and stove talking about his favorite meals, specifically why it's so important for them to be healthy meals. The shot will eventually cut to close ups of just his face while talking and intermingling shots of the steam rising, him stirring, and the settings on the stove/oven.
After Carter's soundbite, we cut to coach talking about how nice it is to have some one passing on a healthy living mindset to the rest of the players, and how he thinks it's impacted his on the court performance. The soundbite is covered with shots of Carter hustling in practice.

Last practice shot has a tight shot on the rim of the hoop and then dissolves into a tight shot of the rim of a pot/pan on the stove, with the intentions they'll be the same size.
Shot cuts back to Carter finalizing his plate/bowl and then tilts to showcase it for the camera as he talks about feeding his teammates and what meals he likes to prepare for them.
Cuts to interviews with a few other players, setting is to be different spots in the gym, about their favorite meals. The cover video in between bites will be practice shots of Carter smiling and laughing in practice with his teammates.
Next shot is a close up of the timer or clock on the stove, followed by a beep or timer going off, that dissolves quickly into the time out buzzer or shot clock horn in a gymnasium and a shot of the scoreboard.
Closing shot is Carter in the kitchen talking on camera about how basketball and cooking are similar and how he learns from both...and some how guide it so that he comments on what to make for a March Madness party...though he hopes he's busy that month. The last shot is the sight and sound of a fork hitting an empty plate/bowl on the table.
