Priority: Engaging all AustraliansSub-Priority: Mainstreaming biodiversityOutcome: An increase in public awareness of biodiversityActions: Expand biodiversity coverage in school curricula and support training programs that strengthen biodiversity outcomes in indigenous land and sea management.
In schools, I would have many class pets. And I would have people trained to help keep biodiversity alive, like reforestation.
The class pets will be safe, and reforestation will restore the trees that had been destroyed.
The class pet system will keep most gerbils and other small creatures out of harms way, like spreading wildfires. Deforestation from the fires are destroying animal’s homes and killing exotic plants.
To keep these solutions eco-friendly, we will use metal to make the cages for the animals and shovels for digging dirt instead of wood. This should reduce the number of trees cut down.
This benefits both animals and humans. Animals will be safe and living a peaceful life, and us humans will have fresh air to breath.
