There were many sheep in Town Common and they were selling the wool. There was enough room for all of the sheep to graze freely. It was no rival in consumption and everyone was happy.
Solving the problem
The Town Common got overpopulated with sheep grazing the grass and eating all of it so the grass was unable to keep up and it died so they could no longer raise sheep there and many workers lost their jobs

The town became very unstable and the families lost their source of lively hood
Happy Town Common
The town could of solved the problem quickly by limiting the amount of sheep being able to graze Town Common. The families could have limited how many sheep they bought
They could divide the land and have a small amount on sheep on each families land so the grass will be able to regrow and live
If Town Common took the right precautions they would of had a happy flourishing field and all the sheep and families would be happy.
