- Here in the dark winter forest we meet a man named "Ulrich von Gradwitz". Ulrich is patrolling his land looking for his enemy, Georg. he has his shotgun in his hand and fighting for his land back.
- Falling Action
- Two men, Ulrich and Georg are involved in a life long family feud finally find each other in the woods. They stare at each other in disbelief and silence until suddenly...
- Resolution
- A tree falls on them! The two men realize they can't get the tree off of them. They rely on their men to get them out. Ulrich and Georg argue about who's men will come first and kill the other.
- Theme
- The two men are cut up badly from the branch. Georg was bleeding out while crying blood off his face. After some thought, Ulrich offers Georg some wine from his flask and tries to end the feud and befriend Georg. The men come to agreement and call for help.
- Do as you please if your men come first
- The two men yell for help for while, Until suddenly they see shadowy figures. They assume its their men and start yelling even louder! The shadowy figures come closer to them while Ulrich tries to count them. Ulrich counts nine or ten but Georg says he only had 7 men out with him. After some time the shadowy figures come closer when the men realize its not their men but wolves.
