Did you just wake up? You know you'll be late, and you haven't eaten breakfast yet!
I accidently slept in, I was up all night doing homework. And it's okay I'm always in a rush anyways.
That isn't good, if you aren't eating breakfast of course you can't get your work done during school.
You need to start eating breakfast before you start falling behind!
If you start eating in the morning maybe you'll feel less drowsy and have more energy
Eating more meals throughout the day will also help you not binge at the end of the day.
I do have a problem with binging...
Well maybe you can set your alarm 15 minutes earlier, and to make sure you actually wake up on time you should sleep a bit earlier.
Well how do I start eating breakfast in the morning if I'm always in such a rush?
And if you're in a rush we can make some energy balls so that you can have a quick bite before going to school.
An example of a good breakfast could be 25% scrambled eggs, 25% whole grain toast, and 50% fruits and veggies like blackberries and avocados.
That sounds better than most of my mornings...
How about I call you in late for school and you can eat breakfast with me?
