- Virus are everywhere. This 2020, our lives are affected by the COVID-19. This pandemic affected thousands of people not only in the Philippines, but also the whole world.
- In this pandemic, there are two important things that we must to save lives. First, washing our hands frequently and lastly, wearing of face mask.
- Proper handwashing is important because it is one of the most important ways to prevent the spread of the virus.
- Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. Proper handwashing is one of our weapons in this COVID-19 battle.
- When we go out of the house, appropriate use of non-medical face mask is also important. Using non-medical face mask can reduce the spread of our own own respiratory droplets.
- Non-medical mask should be worn properly for easy breathing. This should be large enough to completely and comfortably cover our nose and mouth.
- Let us always bear in mind that wearing face mask in this time of pandemic is also helping others on top of our COVID-19 protocols such as washing our hands and social distancing.
- The battle with COVID-19 continues. Winning this battle lies on our hands. Our weapons: proper handwashing and wearing of appropriate non-medical face mask will help us win this battle. Let us all win together in fighting COVID-19!
