- People think it always has to be one specific person to do a job - like how wives stay at home - balance in that structure would be lost.

- Society has been growing ever since the dawn of humans, people still hold to past ideas and structure

- Just because people are stuck in the past doesn't mean all of society will. Society is constantly changing
