Hi, I am Ayesha. I am currently enrolled in Educational Support program at Sheridan College. Welcome to my personal branding video!
Being an invitational educator, I truly understand the value of delivering an honest opinion compassionately while maintaining a positive outlook on the caretakers
My natural ability to empathize with children and communicate with them in a constructive way, coupled with my exposure to various cultures, gives me a unique toolset to help children and youth with personal, academic, and extracurricular activities.
Authority
I have been pursuing opportunities to participate as a volunteer and help parents in my social circle who has children with special needs. Including designing activities by using positive reinforcement, planning activities, assisting in transitioning, and learning and implementing to educate the caretaker on how to handle children with special needs.
Through my placement, I had an opportunity to work with children who had Dyslexia, ASD and other behavioural issues. In addition, I was appreciated as a great asset to the field of education by my school supervisor.

Helping students in focusing and concentrate
My School supervisor commented," She understands students centered learning, acknowledges and validates student's needs and school expectations for safety and academic success".
Perceptions
After completing the Johari Window activity, people described me as friendly, caring, energetic and admired my hospitality.I agree with these characteristics; I also believe that I am an excellent observant.
During my time at placement, My school supervisor and co-workers described me as working with students one on one and in group settings. I understand the importance of whole class integration to support the students with a sense of belonging.
I am a part of several communities supporting, educating, and promoting people with disabilities on social media, such as "Autism Friendly Education and Community" and "Autism Support Group for Families in Ontario." Recently I started promoting and posting materials on Instagram encouraging awareness towards people with exceptionalities.
Values and Goals
I firmly believe and value that with proper education and fostering interactions with predictability in routine, one can introduce independence and make the invisible stand out.
My goal is to be an impactful role model and an inspiration for students to be successful in their life.
I will be a perfect fit if you are looking for someone regulated, disciplined, efficient, organized and methodical in assisting and supporting students in an empathetic way.
