- Chariots were all around Rome and Romans would use chariots to get around. Chariots are 2 wheeled wagons attached to a horse. The chariots also had a spot for a person to control the horse. Also, they were fast and efficient. The Romans took of 2 wheels from the traditional 4 wheeled wagon.
