YOU NEED TO LEAVE. THIS NOW BELONGS TO THE BRITISH CROWN
But....
ITS ALL BURNED!!!
OUR HOUSES!!!!
Acadians had to leave immediately as their land now belonged to the British Crown.
They were forced off there land and herded onto ships and taken to either New England or back to France, with families seperated.
The Acadians watched their homes burn down from their ships.
Many Acadians died from diseases or starvation and their bodies were thrown overboard.
The Acadians reached their destination of New England but were diseased and poor.
Some Acadians made their way to Southern Louisiana where they felt more comfortable, and made what is now known as Cajun.
