Do you know what is proactive communication?
Yes sir! Consider an organization has given a project for us to work on which has the deadline tomorrow but the workload is too big to finish before the deadline.
Can you give me a real-time example?
If we didn't use the proactive communication here then, we can't able to finish the work in time and the product result mustn't be satisfied. Since we used it, now we have both confidence , time and potential to finish the given work
This is where proactive communication works. I have to explain to the client or superiors about the time needed to finish the project as the perfect executed product

Since there is a proactive way ,there is a reactive way too where find and fix things without informing clients whereas proactive find and inform the clients so that they can act accordingly
