- Students arrive to class worried about the class they're taking this year.
- I'm worried about this school year. This seems like a hard class
- Previous years I'v been feeling disconnected from my students. This year I would like to change that.
- The instructor explains that he has been feeling disconnected from his students in previous years and thought of a way to change that.
- The instructor thourogly explains his new idea. He explains to them that this is to bring everyone together but they will still be learning. He also explains that if some students don't like it the first time he will provide an alternative.
- Escape Room!
- This idea is closely related to an escape room. If there are any students who do not enjoy it the first time I will provide an alternative next time.
- Instructor puts questions on board and students split into groups to find clues together. The instructor explains that the winner will get a chance to choose a restaurant that their group and instructor will go to to bond even more.

- Each escape room will last for the class period every month. Some groups will have to work with others to put together their clues and answer the questions on the board.
