How do plants and animals eat and grow through cellular respiration and photosynthesis?
Well, photosynthesis starts when animals breath out carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide then enters the chloroplast of a plant. This is where photosynthesis occurs. After the photosynthesis happens it creates glucose and oxygen.

How does cellular respiration connect with photosynthesis then?
Well, that's where cellular respiration starts to take place. Cellular respiration occurs in the cell's mitochondria. During cellular respiration glucose and oxygen are combined to release energy and to produce carbon dioxide and water. ATP is the energy that is created from this process.

Wait, I'm confused how does photosynthesis and cellular respiration work together?
Well, carbon dioxide in the air helps plants produce oxygen and glucose. They are used as food for the plant. Cellular respiration is when oxygen and glucose are combined to make carbon dioxide and water.
Yeah same.
Oh I think I have a better understanding on how plants and animals eat and grow through cellular respiration and photosynthesis now.
