The last example is when Charlie shot Pete because he was pictured as a dark figure and Charlie thought he was alien. He shot him because he was scared that he was going to harm him. This supports the theme because the examples show how if people are scared or want to seem innocent they blame each other, and make them selves enemy's of each other.
